Supervisors make such an impact on new therapists, for better or for worse. Let’s do our due diligence to ensure we are providing exceptional (and ethical) experiences for those we supervise.

Together, we will take a deep dive into the supervisory role ensuring we: support clinicians early in their journeys, strengthen ethical decision-making, and apply practical tools that keep supervision effective. Whether you’re pursuing your initial supervision credential or renewing your CEs with AZBBHE, this training will teach you the expectations of supervisors and insights to lead with purpose.
